Claire got inspired to make this piece after hearing the song Light by Sleeping at Last.

The words and emotion within this song are just beautiful. It encapsulates the love and pure joy felt when a child enters the world.

A musical promise to love and protect this little person.

A solid silver disc is the main focal point of this necklace. Each side depicting a different view of shining stars within the night sky. The disc spins from a central axis, allowing the wearer to rearrange the stars. A silver chain runs through the bale with silver star detail at each end, making them moveable so that they can be pulled down to where you are.

To illuminate is to make something bright by shining light on it.

The solid silver pendant hangs on a 30 inch belcher closed chain.

The disc is 2cm approx. and 3mm thickness.

The piece weighs 12 grams approx.
